ABOUT THE ROLE

The Open Accounts team is responsible for setting up new sellers for success in our marketplace platform. You will be part of an exciting team that builds-up new revenue for SHEIN.


This role will be based in our office in São Paulo/Faria Lima.


Responsabilities:

● Contact potential sellers that are top sellers in other plataforms;

● Collect all required information to complete the onboard program;

● Guide the new sellers through the first steps at SHEIN: from detailed SKU review to launching their first products online;

● Map the potential market by doing field research and visits;

● Travel if needed to onboard potential sellers to SHEIN.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in communication, commercial management and related subjects;

● Previous experience in marketplace and e-commerce roles;

● Availability to work in person in São Paulo;

● Proactivity, communication and commercial ambition.
