DEzen Technology Solutions - Project Manager - Sharepoint

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee SharePoint implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SharePoint, Microsoft 365 tools, and project management methodologies. Key Responsibilities : - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of deliverables. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for SharePoint solutions. - Configure SharePoint sites, workflows, and permissions to meet business needs. - Customize SharePoint sites using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) or other customization techniques. - Migrate data and content from existing systems to SharePoint. - Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools, such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate. - Configure and manage workflows and forms to automate business processes. - Establish and enforce SharePoint governance policies and standards. - Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations. - Provide training and support to end-users. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors. - Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience : - 8-10 years of experience in SharePoint project management. - Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and customization. - Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate. - Proficiency in project management methodologies (e., Agile, Waterfall). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - PMP certification (preferred). - Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
