To lead Lynk's business offering for Emerging Brands and Private Labels. This is a 0-1 initiative at Lynk, where you would do a lot of the thinking and execution of a new but high potential business offering. Lynk hopes to create a sharp and relevant portfolio of private labels and emerging brands to launch in India's General Trade. What will you get to do here ? Highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead and manage our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing software projects through the entire development life cycle. You will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. What qualities are we looking for ? - Proven experience in delivering complex software solutions on time and within budget. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python,GoLang, React JS). - Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and DevOps practices. - Experience in full-stack development or expertise in back-end/front-end systems is a plus. Leadership & Management Skills : - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. - A collaborative mindset with a focus on fostering a positive team culture. - Proven ability to mentor and grow engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with distributed systems or large-scale application development. - Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes,React, Node.js). - Experience in start-ups or high-growth environments is a plus. Qualifications : Education & Experience : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
