Manager - IT Infrastructure

Role : IT Manager- Infrastructure Services Job description : Role & responsibilities : - Develop and manage deployment for user end-point environments (Windows 7/8 on tablets, physical/virtual workstations and laptops) - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our IT team in managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure - The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and operation of all IT systems, networks, servers, and services - The IT Infrastructure Manager will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment - Reviews appropriateness of technologies used for system components and recommends modifications and/or upgrades when necessary to keep systems operating according to defined service level agreements and operating level agreements - Develop and manage user account and IT service provisioning and de-provisioning - Drive continuous improvement and introduction of IT 'best practices' into all areas of process, metrics, and performance - Coordinates resources to install server and workstation software and hardware upgrades - Develops IT budgets and assists leadership team with the research of IT needs for their respective departments - Communicates changes in technology and services from the IT department to the appropriate channels and personnel - Cloud Infrastructure Management - Exposure to setting up of new offices - IT Policies and Procedures - Daily Server and User Backup. - Updating Internet Connectivity. - Implementation of Active Directory Server with Role Based File Server Access. - Implementation of CCTV Surveillance HO, Factory & All Warehouses. - Windows Server installation and maintenance. - Cloud Server maintenance. Preferred candidate profile : - 3 Years Experience in to IT Infrastructure Management - ITIL Certified would be an added advantage - Must have excellent communications and presentation Skills - Provide guidance and leadership toward improving IT operational challenges and efficiencies driving better response/resolution capabilities - Team Management - 6-8 members - Exposure to handle various location (ref:hirist.tech)
