Job description:

You will be part of the Facilities Management operations team that maintains Changi Airport. Your areas of responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring assigned maintenance activities are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders like tenants, contractors and colleagues.
  • Managing assigned A&A and minor repair works.
  • Coming up with and supporting initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of facilities management operations.
  • Depending on your experience, you may be assigned to be in charge of a specific portfolio or system.

Requirements:

  • Good Degree/Diploma in Estate or Facility Management, Real Estate, Property Development, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal, project and stakeholder management, communication skills with a positive and growth mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing hard and/or soft facilities management activities, contractors and stakeholders will be advantageous.
