MBA Associate (Based in Dubai)

DUBAI BASED ROLES (We are looking for up to 3 people). Relocation would be required but with assistance provided.

We require someone available for a minimum of 3 months, up to a maximum of 6 months.

Ideally a January 2025 start but we will also consider Summer 2025 applicants.

This would be suitable for current MBA students or post MBA students who have availability before starting a full time role.

Context:

• The Strategy & Analytics team is leading some of the most critical and exciting initiatives of the company, where we bring problem-solving and data skills together in order to make a change in the way the organization operates.
• Now, we’re looking for 3 MBA Associates who’ll help us with some of the most strategic projects of the company, for a period of minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 6.
• You will work with an exceptional group of ex consultants from McKinsey, Bain, BCG and the Big 4.

The role...

• Own and deliver a critical workstream for one of Strategy, Business Operations, Business Analytics or Strategic Pricing & Monetization.
• Work very closely and problem-solve with stakeholders from around the business (Commercial, Marketing, Product, etc.) for your recommendations
• Put your recommendations into an exceptional communication to convince senior leaders of the organization to take action (C-level exposure guaranteed!)
• Receive outstanding training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teams
• Learn how to solve business problems using a hypothesis driven approach to create business impact

The person - You...

• Are currently an MBA student in a globally recognized, top-tier university, or post MBA students who have availability before starting a full time role.
• Have experience with top-tier management consulting or technology firm pre-MBA
• Are capable of both high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
• Have 3-5 years of relevant industry or functional work experience showing progressive/promotion and academic achievement
• Have outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Are fluent in English
