Aftersales management specialist

This job is to help the Aftersales manager to:

-Customer service: Answering customer questions, handling complaints, and providing advice

-Warranty cases: Managing warranty cases

-Data collection: Collecting and evaluating customer satisfaction data and monitoring market trends

-Quality assurance: Ensuring products and services meet customer standards and requirements

-Equipment maintenance: Ensuring equipment and facilities are in good working order

-Staff supervision: Supervising after-sales staff and ensuring they provide quality customer service

-Budget management: Managing after-sales service budgets and costs

-Process improvement: Implementing procedures and processes to improve service quality and reduce replacement time

-Technicalities: Managing the technicalities of the solar PV

General Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience.

• English

• Experiences in management.

• General understanding of renewable energy.
