The area consists of several teams specialized in solutions and/or services, each of which is in charge of customer service activities. The Service Unit Manager will lead one or more teams, consisting of colleagues of different seniorities, having full responsibility for the smooth running of the team, with a view to the satisfaction of external and internal customers. Reporting directly to the head of SU, the resource has acquired the technical and managerial skills that enable him/her to have an overview of the service provided to customers and he/she will be responsible for: Ensure the KPIs defined with a view to service quality; Optimize service processes; Organizing, managing and leading teams and resources; Supervise the management and transfer of knowledge; Monitor and improve team performance; Report regularly to internal and external stakeholders; Collaborate with colleagues from other specialized teams (Event, Delivery, Sales). The role requires possession of the following qualifications/skills: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience); Excellent knowledge of SQL and/or object-oriented programming languages; Aptitude for problem solving; Accuracy and punctuality in handling tasks; Result orientation; Strong interpersonal skills; Excellent knowledge of the English language; Previous experience in similar roles of at least 3-5 years, in the following areas: EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), electronic invoicing, digital transformation. The work location will be our Bra/Turin office. Sporadic transfers to other TESISQUARE offices may be requested. J-18808-Ljbffr
