We are looking for a Factory Controller Manager for our San Bonifacio site reporting to the Factory Manager and being part of the local management team. The work as a Factory Controller includes being part of the management teamwork within Operations San Bonifacio, as well as supporting the work with strategic plans for the future. Who you are Self-starter with a hands-on mentality Possess good communication skills and have a business and engineering understanding Good at networking, curious, flexible, logical, conscientious, proactive, and problem-solving oriented Ability to work in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders Have a great desire to learn Proactive attitude Customer-oriented and possess good social skills Interest in IT systems About the job Your main responsibilities will be: Provide consolidated data figures for monthly reports Factory costs control and alignment in the systems Budget & Forecast process Ensure accuracy of financial information used to support the improvement of operational-related processes Promote initiatives to achieve growth and cost savings Weekly monitoring of factory performance key figures, KPI, new reports Actual vs. Standard cost variance analysis Spot / Exceptional Data extraction and analysis Actively role in periodical and YE inventory controls Coordination of team In charge of the financial reporting and follow-up Responsible for administrative questions of the financial transactions in the ERP system Supporting the local management team with financial topics What you know Finance/Economical background Business acumen, experienced in the Operations field Team player Experience with project management Good communication skills and knowledge of finance tools, strong Excel capability At least 5/6 years of experience in international technical accounting Fluent in written and spoken English Well understanding and analyzing skill on financial figures High competence on Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI) Good/Capable competence with IT systems Location : San Bonifacio (VR) J-18808-Ljbffr
