Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales professional to join a reputable Bank in Paris. Our client is seeking an Equity Derivatives Solutions Sales expert with experience selling to institutional clients and covering Benelux. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the firm's sales strategy while building relationships with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, manage, and execute the firm's equity derivatives solutions sales strategies.
  2. Build strong relationships with new and existing institutional clients within Benelux coverage area.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as trading desks, research analysts, risk management teams, etc.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service by providing innovative market insights that meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
  1. Sales Experience: The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of proven track record working in Institutional sale roles, preferably but not limited to the investment banking sector.
  2. Equity Derivative Knowledge: A deep understanding of Equities products (equity swaps/options/futures) would be advantageous along with their practical applications on financial markets, especially from a structuring/sales perspective.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication both written & oral are essential since it involves frequent interactions/negotiations/collaboration between various entities internally & externally including senior leadership members.
