THE ROLE
The Head of Marketing & Studies will provide unified support for our sales team, focusing on core areas: Marketing, studies & Performance. The objective is ultimately to enhance our outreach and our revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elevate Marketing Intelligence and define its strategy, through the supervision of macroeconomic studies, competitive benchmarks, customer segmentation, and market insights.
- Build Operational Marketing strategy and roadmap to enhance customer communication (campaigns & events) to support sales in routine & strategic discussions.
- Revitalize Product Lab to drive innovation and revenue, introduce new products beyond CMA CGM+ offerings, devise innovative solutions for key clients, and guarantee their implementation.
- Oversee the pricing strategy and implementation of various elements, such as Bunker Adjustment Factor, Detention and Demurrage, European Emissions Trading System, etc.
- Optimize performance monitoring to offer comprehensive global commercial performance and 360° customer insights.
- Lead strategic partnerships with clients, prospects, and providers to foster differentiation and profitable growth.
PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher education degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or university background.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Marketing and performance is required (including at least 5 years in senior roles).
- Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills.
- Shipping industry knowledge would be a plus for this position.
- Assertive communication and result-driven mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, boldness, and innovation; ability to lead and develop teams.
