About the Role:

We are seeking a Front-End Team Lead to lead our team of skilled developers. You will be responsible for managing front-end development projects, guiding a team of developers, and collaborating closely with designers and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable code.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in the entire application lifecycle.
• Write, review, and maintain high-quality, reusable code following best practices.
• Lead and mentor the front-end team, setting technical and design standards.
• Collaborate with Back-end developers, QA, and other teams.
• Optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and debug to resolve issues quickly.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
• Utilize cutting-edge technologies to enhance functionality.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

The ideal candidate - who you are and requirements:

• Fluent in Russian.
• English proficiency (minimum B1+ level).
• Located in Cyprus.
• 5+ years as a Front-End Developer, with experience in leadership.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, React.JS, and Next.js.
• Experience in front-end architecture is a big advantage.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and client-side applications.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desirable.
