We are looking for a Executive & Team Assistant to join us in our growing office in Paris and support our amazing Sales team!
Your mission
As our Executive & Team Assistant at Prewave, you will…
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for our sales executives, ensuring efficient use of their time
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the team, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Assist with organization of various events
- Facilitate team meetings and help with presentations, documents, meeting notes, surveys
- Assist with the preparation of meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by our executives
Your profile
Must haves
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, supporting senior-level executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office and Google Workplace Suites and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Valid work permit for Austria
- Fluent in English and French language, both spoken and written
Bonus points for
- German language
- Experience in the SaaS, supply chain or similar industry
