The primary role of the job is to direct technical teams that design, deliver and operate Customers & Sales technologies including sales and service applications. This role will work closely with product owners and technical experts to highly automate systems that operate the sales and service processes in 25 countries to enable agents to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales results.

Your main missions and objectives:

• Define and implement comprehensive strategies for the technical aspects of the company’s Customers & Sales capabilities.


• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to drastically automate service and sales processes enabling agents to do higher value work while reducing cost to service and sell.


• Leverage the latest developments in the selected technology partners to ensure the company maximizes benefits from purchased software.


• Develop, monitor and improve key performance indicators for accountable technology products and stay within agreed SLAs.


• Identify and implement measures to reduce the total cost of ownership while improving capabilities provided to users.


• Develop managers and exert talents to create a healthy succession of key roles within the Customers & Sales IT team including the Customers & Sales IT Director role.


• Act as a general leader within the IT organization and be a trusted advisor to the Group IS Director and the IT Leadership Team.


• Active member of the IT leadership Team to drive the overall IT strategy.

Essential experiences and skills:

• 3-5 years managing managers and top technology talent.


• 5+ years of experience delivering and operating technology, preferably in a sales, service, or ecommerce technology role.


• Strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.


• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.


• Ability to collaborate, build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both orally and in writing.


• Ability to work at all management levels (executive management to operational teams).


• Ability to innovate.
