Chef de secteur Région NORD (H/F) Deyme, France Permanent Full-Time Contract

For our AB7 Industries division (manufacturing and marketing of home care products, insecticides, roofing treatment and protection products, swimming pool water treatment products under the ECOGENE brand in DIY store networks and materials retailers), we are looking for an Area Manager for the NORTH Region (M/F).

AB7, an international leader in biochemistry, biotechnology and human and animal health, designs and markets its products for specialized distribution, veterinary and pharmaceutical laboratories.

Your missions

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will carry out the following tasks:

1. Manage, energize and develop the loyalty of a customer portfolio comprising DIY stores, materials retailers, LISA and independent retailers in the Nord region (départements: 14, 27, 76, 60, 80, 62, 59, 02 and 08).
2. Prospect and win new customers from referenced chains.
3. Increase shelf presence and brand visibility.
4. Negotiate with sales outlets.
5. Train sales staff on our ranges at points of sale.
6. Monitor the competition and report to the Sales Director.

Your profile

We're looking for people who combine charisma, good interpersonal skills, curiosity, team spirit and a strong capacity for hard work, capable of committing themselves fully to a dynamic team in a highly competitive field.

You must have:

1. Proven experience as a B-to-B traveling salesperson, ideally in the DIY/building materials sector, in areas requiring 1 to 2 nights' hotel accommodation per week.
2. Organizational skills enabling you to manage your sector independently.
3. Proficiency in office automation tools: Word, Excel (spreadsheet processing + reporting).
