Assistant Store Manager

Unsaid Paris draws on an exceptional heritage, with craftsmanship passed down over more than four generations. The Maison is part of the Walking Tree group, globally recognized for its expertise in product design, diamond cutting, and jewelry production.

In September 2022, the Maison opened its very first boutique at Printemps Paris. Since then, it has pursued international expansion, opening stores in London, New York, Palm Beach, and Japan.

In the fall of 2024, Unsaid Paris will inaugurate its first flagship store, located near the prestigious Place Vendôme. This unique setting will symbolize the Maison's craftsmanship and commitment to sustainable luxury.

To support the Director of our flagship store, Unsaid is seeking an Assistant Store Manager on a permanent contract.

Within our flagship boutique in Paris and integrated into our sales team, your main mission will be to welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty in line with the values and philosophy of Maison Unsaid.

Expectations:

• Assist the Store Director in the daily and strategic management of the store.


• Close sales and contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.


• Ensure the store is well-maintained and provides an excellent welcome at all times.


• Represent the Unsaid brand to clients.


• Present items and develop product arguments tailored to the clientele.


• Build customer loyalty and ensure personalized follow-up.


• Conduct and track sales.


• Implement merchandising to showcase products.


• Manage inventory and ensure its optimization.

Requirements

Passionate about the world of jewelry, you have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in this sector, with significant experience as a senior salesperson or assistant manager.

Proficiency in English is essential; a third language would be appreciated.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you have a passion for customer service and interaction with a demanding clientele.

You stand out for your mastery of luxury product sales techniques, dynamism, initiative, autonomy, and excellent presentation.
