- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define project scopes, deliverables, and prioritize the technical backlog, including technical debt and improvements.
- Maintain high standards of code quality and software craftsmanship, ensuring adherence to architectural decisions and best practices throughout development.
- Manage the successful deployment of software releases, ensuring quality, reliability, and monitoring critical systems with observability practices.
- Lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely issue resolution and conducting post-incident analyses to prevent future occurrences.

Your profile
We know - sometimes, you can’t tick every box. We would still love to hear from you if you think you’re a good fit!
- You've led teams before. You have experience managing engineering teams, driving complex projects to completion, and balancing technical leadership with people management. Ideally, you’ve worked as an Engineering Manager for 3+ years, or in a technical leadership role with a similar scope.
- You’re strategic and hands-on. You can zoom in and out of problems, from high-level planning to technical details. You’re able to make architectural decisions while keeping an eye on the overall business impact.
- You care about technical excellence. You uphold high standards of code quality and software craftsmanship, ensuring your team delivers well-tested, maintainable solutions that can scale. Architecture and best practices matter to you.
- You prioritize delivery. You understand that shipping reliable, high-quality software is essential, but you also know how to balance timelines and trade-offs. You're experienced in overseeing software releases, ensuring operational success and stability.
- Mentor at heart. You enjoy guiding and coaching engineers, helping them grow in their careers, and creating a collaborative and high-performance team environment. You believe in providing regular, constructive feedback to help people thrive.
Bonus points:
- You have experience with large-scale system architecture and designing solutions that scale efficiently.
- You bring along a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and have successfully led teams through iterative development processes.
