About the Role

Profile:
Join the E-commerce and Digital Customer Relations department, responsible for developing online commercial activities and managing inter-channel relations. This department ensures the harmonization of user experience for both customers and employees across all screens, journeys, and channels. Responsibilities include the animation and coordination of all levers for developing the audience and brand awareness of Orange France, as well as the design, production, animation, and continuous improvement of the digital spaces and journeys used by Orange & Sosh customers.

- You are looking for a 6-month internship starting from March 3, 2025.
- You are a student at Bac+3/4/5 level in commerce/digital.
- You have a strong affinity for digital and e-commerce.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork.
- You have a good analytical mindset.
- You are meticulous and can demonstrate initiative.
- You are proactive and full of ideas.
- You have a strong command of the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint...) and can handle data and numbers.
- Ideally, you have a basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or similar is appreciated.

Varied Mission

On a daily basis, under the supervision of your internship supervisor, you will be tasked with various missions:
- Contribute to the implementation of commercial animations from conception to online launch, adapting operations to the specifics of online stores.
- Propose improvements for these commercial operations by implementing action plans.
- Be responsible for designing marketing briefs for cross-functional teams (webmasters, graphic designers, traffic levers, direct marketing, etc.).
- Ensure the online publication of banners and animation thumbnails, as well as updates to website pages.
- Participate in the configuration of operations proposed by Marketing.
- Contribute to monitoring performance indicators for the online store and their improvements: activity reporting, analysis of customer journeys (Google Analytics, ContentSquare), customer reviews, and competitive product monitoring.

Your Team

You will join a team of about ten people with strong cohesion and a spirit of mutual aid.

Our office is located at 42-46 Avenue Aristide Briand, 92220 Bagneux, then at 1 Avenue du Président Nelson Mandela, 94110 Arcueil.
