Job Description

You join the Reference Data team of Natixis Investment Managers – Operating Services as a Data Officer.

• Contribute to the daily production activity of all static or dynamic data of the Division, in accordance with the processes and levels of services expected by internal customers (Management, Middle Office...) or external (Institutional…);
• Contribute to the data quality process by performing 1st level controls defined in the control plan (ex ante or ex post), and report incidents and anomalies to your line manager;
• Propose ways to improve or optimize your business scope, listen to customers and be responsible for taking into account requests and their effective processing;
• Participate in continuous improvement of service delivery;
• Regularly participate in projects that have an impact on your business, thus contribute to the development of expressions of need, provide a critical eye on current processes and regularly update operating procedures.

This position is based in Paris with the ability to work remotely.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have a first successful experience in similar functions.

You are familiar with:

• Bloomberg;
• Telekurs;
• The Microsoft Office package;
• Access.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

• Known for your customer service and team spirit;
• Rigorous;
• Appreciative of your analytical skills and adaptability.

You master English with a C1 level.
