Senior Loan Manager, German speaker

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of European commercial real estate loans.
• Working closely with in-house Legal team and, where necessary, external counsel, reviewing relevant finance documents prior to loan closing and through the life of the loan.
• Completing loan facility requirements.
• Processing transfers, setting up waterfalls and reviewing back-office calculations.
• Liaising with project monitors, borrowers and lenders with regard to drawdowns and calculating lender splits, if required.
• Reviewing loan agreements, servicing agreements and other finance / security documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in the banking and lending sector.
• Real Estate debt experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Fluent German speaker.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Motivated to learn new skills and continue personal & professional development.
