We are on a mission to change the dynamics of the Organic Industry in Europe and North America, with the objective to have presence worldwide. We strive to consolidate the Organic industry and lead the growth the coming years together with all stakeholders, nationally and internationally.
BioNippy is One-Stop-Shop for Organic, Sustainable and Recycled products. A huge range of impactful products delivered in minutes and for very attractive prices.
We are currently looking for a Country Manager France to join our team. This role will be based in Paris, France, and will report directly to the management team in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:In this position you will be responsible for the strategy of scaling BioNippy in France. You will be responsible for giving strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success, helping to drive the company's development and guide it towards long-term success. You will explore the market and perform a variety of tasks to expand BioNippy's presence through sales, partnerships, logistics and stores. As this role is key to our growth in France you will be working closely with our founders, CEO and VP, to define further strategy and processes around expansion, and our France Growth Team.
- Setting-up together with HQ BioNippy in the French market.
- Run the business in France together with HQ.
- Give and build strategic direction for France, responsible for P&L.
- Be accountable for all operations and business activities and make sure the desired results are achieved and are consistent with the overall company strategy and mission.
- Business development: exploring new market opportunities in the organic and sustainable retail and logistics industry.
- Responsible for developing local B2C and B2B partnerships.
- Coordinate and testing of marketing campaigns for different target groups.
- Stakeholder management: key collaborator with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the ambitious growth plans for the core of our business can be rolled out successfully.
- Minimum 5 years Retail experience as an International Business Developer/ Country Manager/ regional Sales Manager/ Sales Director/ B2B Sales.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proactive – New business models, new channels, execution driven.
- Experience working with international business units and international team.
- Able to prioritize and deliver within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, independent, organized, highly responsive, flexible and adaptable when working across multiple teams.
- A professional who can work to strict timelines, manage accurately forecasted budgets and execute.
- Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365 group of products and G-Suite, including the design and manipulation of data into fairly complex spreadsheets.
- Experience in managing people.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Ability to drive change across multiple units/countries.
- High sense of urgency and ability to build and lead strong teams to achieve new levels of performance.
- A high degree of independence, creative problem-solving skills, and a hands-on mentality to balance strategic thinking with operational tasks.
- Fluent in French and English language skills, and preferably another language German or Spanish or Italian.
