Your impact:

Mirakl is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead and elevate our product marketing efforts. This role will be crucial in driving the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, analyst relations, and overall marketing success of our multi-product suite of solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, with a deep understanding of SaaS and eCommerce dynamics, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with product, sales, and customer success teams as well as leading high-performing product marketing teams.

This position is available in our Paris office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the global product marketing strategy aligned with Mirakl’s business objectives and growth targets.
    • Lead and mentor a team of product marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, customer success, and growth and corporate marketing to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.
    • Define and manage the go-to-market strategy for all Mirakl products, ensuring successful product launches and sustained market growth.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, pricing, and differentiation strategies.
    • Collaborate with sales enablement to develop compelling sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing collateral.
  2. Product Positioning and Messaging:
    • Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives market demand.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product messaging and positioning.
    • Create and manage a consistent and effective product story across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  3. Manage Analyst Relations:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy to enhance Mirakl's visibility and reputation in the market globally.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry analysts, ensuring they are well-informed about Mirakl’s products, vision, and market leadership.
    • Coordinate briefings, inquiries, and interactions with analysts to influence their perspectives and garner positive coverage.
    • Collaborate with the product and executive teams to provide analysts with timely and accurate information about product updates, company performance, and strategic initiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze analyst research and reports to extract valuable insights and identify opportunities for improving Mirakl's positioning and messaging.
  4. Demand Generation and Growth:
    • Partner with the demand generation team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
    • Support regional marketing teams with tailored strategies and materials to drive local market success.
  5. Customer Advocacy and Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with key customers to gather insights, testimonials, and case studies that highlight the value and impact of Mirakl’s solutions.
    • Develop and execute customer engagement programs that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and eCommerce dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
  • Fluent in English and French
