Job Summary We’re looking for a highly motivated person to join our fully-remote, international team. This is an opportunity to become part of a small team within a high-growth startup. We are looking for a Customer Care & Success Specialist to help us build a great product. The perfect candidate would be a self-motivated person with excellent communication skills, passionate about startups, innovation, and productivity, ready to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Role and Responsibilities: Provide customer support to existing and prospective clients. Understand our users’ pain points. Collaborate closely with our marketing and product team to ensure that the users' needs are understood. Report users' bugs to the development team and update the users on their progress. Manage our feature request platform and Slack community. Manage our How to Use Guide to support our users' learning. Analyze users’ behavior and track the new feature’s KPI. Identify areas for improvement of Akiflow. Knowledge and Skills Experience in Customer Service roles. Must have excellent reading comprehension, listening, and writing skills in English. Positive outlook, enthusiasm, and strong internal drive. Strong desire to work at an early-stage startup on a small team. Great communication skills.
