Job Summary
Being the champion of the CP strategy you will develop strategic plans for customers together with the Channel Manager, based on RE/brand strategies, volume forecasting, improvements plan. Will monitor the distribution of promotional packs, implementation of differentiation activities and Retail Marketing plans, as well as follow the competitors movements looking for innovative solutions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Work in multidisciplinary teams to develop activities/projects aiming to capture all business opportunities;
- Lead with the periodic business reviews in conjunction with the Leader/CDE/CDM and other members of support team whenever necessary;
- Negotiate specific actions/events with clients aiming to improve sell out.
- Engage the Clients in the launches, making the presentations and negotiating the plans;
- Lead postmortem analysis of regional activities and projects;
- Define volume and tracking execution of the promotional packs.
- Support the Regional on the ad hoc analysis, track activities providing results reports and insights.
Basic requirements include
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to make decisions based on data analysis.
- Knowledge of indirect channel included cash & carry
- Google apps, especially sheets and slides.
- Strategic thinking
- Presentation skills
