Location: Frimley, Surrey
Salary : £55-60k

Job Title: QESH (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety) Manager
Reports to: Managing Director
Purpose:
To manage and lead all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management:
Set up and improve the company's Quality Management System.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Manage equipment calibration and support the design and development process.
Reduce quality-related costs and ensure products meet company and customer standards.
Oversee internal audits and identify improvement areas.
Handle complaints and defects, and manage corrective actions.
Lead third-party audits and ensure any required corrections are made.
Provide quality training to employees and monitor key quality metrics.
Conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Submit monthly and quarterly reports.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Management:
Oversee all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities.
Create the annual Carbon Reduction report and update plans.
Work towards maintaining recognised HSE standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
