Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MM Solution Architect with expertise in Master Data Governance (MDG) modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP MM solutions, with a focus on integrating MDG modules to ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance within the organization. This role requires strong analytical abilities, deep technical knowledge of SAP MM and MDG modules, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver effective solutions. Responsibilities : - Design end-to-end SAP MM solutions, considering business requirements, industry best practices, and integration with MDG modules. - Develop comprehensive solution architectures that address data governance, master data management, procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes. - Lead the integration of Master Data Governance (MDG) modules with SAP MM and other relevant systems. - Configure MDG workflows, data models, and governance policies to ensure standardized and accurate master data across the organization. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to procurement, material management, and master data governance. - Translate business needs into technical specifications and design solutions accordingly. - Oversee the implementation and configuration of SAP MM and MDG modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to project timelines. - Customize system functionalities, master data templates, and validation rules to meet specific business requirements. - Continuously evaluate the performance and effectiveness of SAP MM and MDG solutions. - Identify opportunities for optimization, enhancements, and process improvements to streamline procurement processes, enhance data quality, and drive operational efficiency. - Engage with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners, to understand their requirements, address concerns, and gain buy-in for proposed solutions. - Communicate effectively to manage expectations and foster collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. - Create comprehensive documentation, including system designs, configuration guides, and user manuals. - Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT staff to ensure proper utilization of SAP MM and MDG functionalities. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to data governance, procurement processes, and system security. - Implement appropriate controls and measures to safeguard sensitive information and mitigate risks. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - SAP certification in Materials Management (MM) and Master Data Governance (MDG) preferred. - Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP MM consultant or solution architect, with a focus on MDG modules. - In-depth knowledge of SAP MM functionalities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. - Hands-on experience with SAP MDG modules, including Data Modeling, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Workflow Management. - Proficiency in SAP customization, configuration, and enhancement techniques. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Proven track record of successful SAP MM and MDG implementations, preferably in complex, multinational environments. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
