Part time - 21 Hours (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

School friendly hours during week, some weekend work necessary. (Can be discussed in interview)

Pay - £11.50 per hour

Annual Leave - 28 Days pro rata

We are looking for a reliable candidate with great attention to detail for a part-time ecommerce assistant role to join our operations and brand team.

The Role:

You will be joining our small dynamic team across all departments assisting in varied day to day activities. Helping to develop and build the brand.

- Order Fullfilment: Packing orders and assisting warehouse team with stock takes, deliveries and printing labels. Managing warehouse organization and space

-Returns Management: processing refunds via returns dashboard.

-Customer service management: Assisting when CS is on holiday or we have a large influx of enquiries.

-Website: Assisting our ecom team to ensure products are uploaded accurately and efficiently. Ensuring all products are categorised correctly.

-Influencers & Social: Assisting with processing influencer orders and gift boxes for campaigns.

-Basic knowledge of excel and attention to detail.
