Senior Consultant - Medtech

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join a longstanding client partner. The company are an innovator in the MedTech and Medical Device space, who have embarked in their global expansion after already laying a solid foundation to make an impact in Europe.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive consulting experience in the medical technology and digital health sectors, with a strong foundation in business model design, healthcare system dynamics, product management, and commercialization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex consultancy programs, overseeing the end-to-end design, build, and execution of deliverables that meet overall project goals and objectives
• Serve as a key point of contact for the clients Consulting Services in MedTech-facing projects and clients
• Provide mentorship as required, training, and support to Consultants and Analysts, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team capabilities
• Drive the development of innovative solution concepts for products, apps, and services in the MedTech and digital health space

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Medical Devices or MedTech, with a focus on Commercial, Product Development, Business Development, or R&D
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• Expertise in FDA and EU MDR regulations
• Proven track record in healthcare industry consulting, particularly in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, payers, or health systems, with a strong link to digital and technology experience

Preferred Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of US and/or European healthcare systems
• Medical or clinical domain awareness
• Data strategy experience
