German Speaking Supply Chain Planner

Are you fluent in German and passionate about Supply Chain?

We're looking for a dynamic and ambitious German Speaking Supply Chain Planner to join our B Corp Drink business based in Central London!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order processes to consistently meet all deadlines and service level agreements.
• Perform weekly order reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee month-end processes, including reconciliation of inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
• Report on packaging waste for the DACH region, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely submissions.
• Monitor stock levels at risk and flag issues to relevant stakeholders while tracking the effectiveness of action plans.
• Liaise with key retailers and stakeholders on queries relating to orders and invoices.
• Confirm retailer deliveries on SAP.
• Track inbound shipments, key metrics, and service level KPIs.
• Develop a comprehensive supply plan for a three-month horizon.

Skills & Experience:

• Native/Fluent in German.
• Relevant experience in a supply chain role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in MS 365 Suite; knowledge of Power BI/SAP is a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, with a positive and flexible attitude.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently using initiative.
