£60,000 - £75,000 + discretionary bonus
We’re delighted to be partnered with a pioneering consumer FinTech brand looking for a customer-focused Senior Customer Lifecycle Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional looking to join a business going from strength to strength in which you will be given plenty of autonomy.
The Senior Customer Lifecycle Manager will:
- Work cross-functionally to craft end to end lifecycle activities for existing customers across multiple brands.
- Use customer insights and data to inform and optimise lifecycle activity, driving product engagement.
- Work in partnership with Marketing and CRM to develop and manager customer lifecycle communications.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience managing and developing customer lifecycle activities, ideally within retail financial services.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial and customer focused.
