About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate General Catering Manager to lead the food service team at a prestigious independent school near High Wycombe. This role is working Mon-Fri only and a competitive salary.

As the General Catering Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the school's dining and hospitality operations, delivering high-quality, nutritious meals that meet diverse dietary needs. You will be responsible for managing budgets, supplier relationships, and compliance with health and safety standards while ensuring a positive dining experience for students and staff.

Innovation and communication are key to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the catering team to deliver exceptional service and fresh, appealing menus.
• Manage budgets and inventory, maximizing efficiency without compromising on quality.
• Develop seasonal, balanced menus that reflect current food trends and meet nutritional standards.
• Maintain rigorous health and safety standards, ensuring all food is prepared and served in line with regulations.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive dining environment that enhances student life.

About You:

• Proven experience in catering management, ideally within an educational or similar setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and financial management abilities.
• Passion for creating high-quality, nutritious meals and exceptional customer service.
