The Role of the successful Senior Building Surveyor
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be delivering a wide range of building surveying services across high-profile private and public sector projects. These projects range from refurbishment to retrofit schemes, offering you a varied and rewarding workload.
You will work collaboratively within a diverse team, managing projects and overseeing contract administration, ensuring first-class service delivery for your clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide the full suite of building surveying services for both private and public sector clients
Manage projects from inception to completion, focusing on refurbishment and retrofit schemes
Carry out contract administration and project management duties
Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure the successful delivery of services
Build and maintain strong client relationships

This role is perfect for a Senior Building Surveyor who thrives in a larger team environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, project-driven services.
MRICS qualification
RICS accredited degree
Solid experience in construction consultancy, with public sector experience being advantageous
Strong project management and contract administration skills
Excellent written communication skills
UK driving license required

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
