Job Title: Office Administrator (Plant Equipment)
Location: Billingshurst, West Sussex
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Are you experienced in the world of heavy plant equipment and looking for an office-based role? We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our clients team in Billingshurst.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input and manage information related to rail plant equipment and daily operations.
Customer & Client Support: Handle phone calls from customers and clients, answering basic queries about heavy plant equipment and services.
Scheduling: Coordinate day-to-day jobs for plant engineers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Queries: Respond to customer queries related to rail plant equipment and offer timely, effective solutions.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
Skills & Experience Required:
Knowledge of Heavy Plant Equipment: Previous experience with plant or rail machinery is essential.
Customer Service: Strong communication skills to engage with customers and clients professionally and efficiently.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software applications.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to combine their technical knowledge with administrative work in a stable and friendly office environment.
