Maintenance Operative
Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week
Covering a brand new estate located in N8
Static working on 12 new luxury buildings which will be growing to 21

One of our newest clients are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative that can offer their skills and knowledge to the current team assisting with the maintenance need across a brand new residential estate build which is located in Clarendon. As a Maintenance Operative you will demonstrate your ability across a multitude of tasks that will include plumbing, fire alarm tests, reactive repairs, litter picking, fault finding, general handyman works.
