Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 plus 10% bonus and competitive employee benefits.

We are now looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy and support our expansion efforts across the UK & Europe.

Role Overview

As the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Finance Director and play a key role in driving the financial success of our UK & European business. This is a strategic and hands-on position, requiring you to work closely with business leaders to foster profitable growth and achieve financial targets. Your responsibilities include analysing financial performance, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insights that guide decision-making and operational improvements.

You will be a trusted partner to various departments, offering proactive and professional financial support. By implementing best practices in financial management and reporting, you will enhance efficiency, compliance, and governance. Your expertise will be critical to steering our financial direction in Europe, making a significant impact on the company's success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own month-end close and other financial reporting, ensuring integrity in the P&L and balance sheet. Ensure all accounting entries are supported by documentation.
• Drive process improvements and ways of working to enhance financial performance and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with key stakeholders to prepare monthly forecasts, identifying and managing opportunities and risks across customers, logistics, and inventory.
• Provide analytical support and communication to stakeholders to understand customer and product performance, as well as other financial drivers.
• Offer analytical support for projects and new initiatives to drive business growth.
• Assist the Sales Director with analysis of marketing spend, optimizing investment to enhance business performance and brand awareness.
• Manage and develop one finance analyst.

Skills & Qualifications:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified.
• 5+ years of experience in a retail, fashion, consumer business or similar
• Strong financial analysis and management skills; excellent business acumen.
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships that drive results.
• Strong capability and curiosity to thrive in a fast-moving, international environment, with the tenacity to make things happen.
• High attention to detail.
