Employment Senior Associate

We have received new instructions from a leading international law firm client to recruit a Senior Associate for its highly regarded employment practice in London.

The role involves advising a diverse and high-calibre client base, including employers and senior executives, on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. These include employment tribunal litigation, employment documentation and policies, disciplinary and grievance issues, family-friendly policies, redundancy processes, GDPR compliance, due diligence on transactions, advising senior executives on optimising severance terms, employment and partnership disputes, and more.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates with at least 5 years' PQE gained from a recognised employment practice in the UK. The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic background and a stable career record.
