Job Title: Pastry Chef de Partie
Location: Central London
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm

Are you a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie looking to enjoy a better work-life balance while continuing to grow in your career? This role in Central London is ideal for an experienced pastry chef ready to take on new challenges in a structured schedule with weekends off.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and execute high-quality pastry dishes with a focus on detail and presentation.
* Maintain excellent standards in all mise en place and daily preparation.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations, upholding hygiene and food safety standards.
* Bring creative ideas to the table, supporting the Head Pastry Chef in menu development and seasonal adjustments.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie, ideally in a fast paced environment/contract catering.
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for pastry.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and a willingness to continuously improve.
