Job Description
I am currently seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor for a respected client based in Surrey.
This role offers hybrid working, and has potential to be outside IR35, depending on the candidate.
My client is a family-owned construction firm with a strong reputation across central and southern England for delivering quality projects in design and build, new builds, restorations, and refurbishments from £1 million to £30 million.
They are looking for a Surrey-based candidate for a long-term freelance contract. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience across various projects with a tier 1 or tier 2 main contractor.
With a turnover approaching £200 million last year, my client seeks a capable leader to manage a commercial team on projects within the education, industrial, and retail sectors.
The ideal candidate should:
* Have over 5 years of senior experience with a tier 1 or tier 2 main contractor
* Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar qualification
* Have relevant experience with main contractors on similar projects
