Job Title: Part Time Bookkeeper
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Hours: 16-20 hours per week
About the Role:
We’re recruiting on behalf of a client in the Electrical products wholesaler industry who is seeking a skilled Part Time Bookkeeper to join their team in Hemel Hempstead. If you have the experience this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Processing payments, invoices, income, and receipts
Entering data into accounting software or databases
Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, cash flow, and profit and loss
Tracking bank account balances
Completing VAT returns
Verifying the accuracy of business accounts
Recording inconsistencies to help the accountant reconcile inaccuracies
Preparing employee wages
Managing employee expense claims
Using knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
Shift times:
Monday to Friday – 4 to 5 hours a day , hours are to be confirmed , working hours can work around the school run etc
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Bookkeeper or Accountant or similar job roles
Skills: Strong attention to detail and a good level of English speaking, reading and writing
