We are hiring Trainee Recruiters to join one of our clients!

Our client is a specialist recruitment business placing Technology candidates into Europe. This role is in their contract team placing candidates into short and long term contracts and you need to be able to multi task and build rapport quickly over video and phone calls.

The management team are hands on and their training is world class! You will also be given a mentor to support you in your first few months.

The role comes with a competitive basic salary and an easy to understand and transparent commission scheme with no threshold.

Based in offices close to the M1 in Hemel with parking and you need to be able to drive or live very locally. Flexi time means you can have an earlier or later start/finish to suit you and they all finish at 4pm on Fridays.

What are we looking for?

· Sales/Customer Service experience ideally but drive and personality are more important!
