Job Description
Contract Personnel is seeking an exceptional candidate to provide Key Account Support to our Ashford(Kent) based client's Sales Team
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be comfortable carrying out the following duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the central point of contact with regards to product support, contract & forecast follow-ups.
Regularly interact with the key account manager, retail, customer service and supply chain departments to gain internal support for your customers.
Providing periodic and ad hoc reports on turnover, assortment, profitability, and customised reports for internal use and for the customer.
Maintaining retailer’s product management systems
Proactively support the Account Managers by analysing customer files, market data, product portfolio's and preparing customer meetings.
Monitor, prepare and follow up tender applications and quotations
Translating topics from Supply Chain/Purchasing to illustrate sales impact
Required Skills and Other Attributes:
You have a Master’s degree or relevent experience
5-year experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales or sales support role
Building reports and analysing data is in your DNA.
You work easily with new IT systems (preferably SAP) and have an advanced level of Excel knowledge. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Customer contact & delivering service are at the top of your dictionary. A commercial, client focused mindset is a must-have.
You love networking and are able to think on an international (group) level.
You are proactive and take initiative to build a relationship with your customer and maximize the chances of success for each opportunity.
You are eager to learn, to develop and to be developed. You adapt easily in an evolving business context.
You are flexible and a multitasker which makes you able to manage complexity.

Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with 1 hour unpaid for lunch
