Package: £40,000 Salary, Car Allowance + Profit Share Commission Scheme
Are you an experienced Healthcare Staffing Manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting new opportunity at Jane Lewis for a Branch Manager to run our new Business Centre in Swindon.
We are looking for a commercially driven individual to play a crucial role in our healthcare staffing operations across areas The Cotswolds, Gloucestershire & Somerset.

Your responsibilities as a Healthcare Staffing Manager:
Oversee business centre operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operation
Improving market share and to become the ‘go to’ provider for temporary healthcare staffing in the region
Engaging with new clients through direct business development
To drive performance and results, monitoring key metrics and implementing necessary improvements where required
To instil a high-performance culture that engages and motivates your team, ensuring morale is high and targets are achieved/celebrated
To practise a ‘demonstrate and do’ attitude
What we need from you in this role:
Proven healthcare recruitment & staffing experience
Previous business development experience
Experience leading a team in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build relationships with candidates and clients
Results orientated mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service
Strong performance management
