Job Title: Turkish Speaking Customer Service Administrator
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: 24,000-25,000 per year
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Our client is a global leader in their industry and is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Management of current customer accounts
- Handling a high volume of inbound phone calls
- Building and maintaining relationships with carriers and customers
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and carriers
- Resolving customer and carrier issues
- Providing quotes, arranging bookings and taking payments
- Demonstrating excellent multitasking skills and proficiency in computer software
- Representing the company in a professional manner and serving as a role model to other employees
