Location: London
Hybrid Work Setup: 3 days in-office, 2 days working from home with flexibility for client visits

Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Be the primary contact for OEM accounts, supporting marketing campaign planning, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing enquiries and requests.
* Service Delivery: Oversee account plans, monitor project milestones, and ensure timely project execution in line with SLAs.
* Organic Sales Growth: Identify new growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to bring additional value to clients.
* New Business Development: Support new business initiatives and build long-term partnerships with OEM clients.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in account management or client services, ideally within the tech industry.
* Strong CRM skills and a focus on business growth.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving client needs.
