Location: Blackpool
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP preferred; January 2025 start considered

Qualification Required: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
We are looking to appoint a Geography Teacher to join a high school in Blackpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about engaging young people.
About the Role:
As our Geography Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, following the national curriculum.
Work closely with the Humanities department to create resources, monitor students' progress, and support individual learning needs.
Support and prepare students for success in their GCSE exams, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to achieve their best results.About You:
To excel in this role, you should have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
Strong subject knowledge in Geography and a commitment to making the subject accessible and inspiring.
Previous experience teaching Geography at the secondary level, or relevant experience for newly qualified teachers.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
