Job Description
My client are a leading construction group operating across a wide range of sectors including student accommodation, build-to-rent, residential, and commercial.
They are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on a £14m extra care project in North Yorkshire.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include:
Produce accurate monthly valuations on time
Access, value, and process labour and subcontractor payments, resolving any disputes promptly
Manage workforce and client for the project
Achieve best cashflow and variance analysis
Produce Monthly CVR's
Report on opportunities, risk, and performance of the project
Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
Manage project budgets and monitor costs.
Conduct site visits for accurate estimating.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers
