RWE Pharma Sales and Account Manager

We are looking for a driven and experienced Pharma Sales and Account Manager to join our London team. In this role, you will focus on driving sales and managing accounts within the pharmaceutical sector, specifically regarding our real-world evidence solutions. A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and excellent sales skills are essential for building and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets for real-world evidence solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Manage and expand existing client accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
• Present and showcase our real-world evidence capabilities to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and account management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Strong knowledge of real-world evidence, clinical data, and healthcare analytics.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
