I am working with a premium food grocery retailer who are looking for an Area Manager to lead six sites in central London. Key Responsibilities of the Area Manager

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple stores

• Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and their teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and P&L reports
• Implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with senior management to support business growth and development
