Associate HR BP

Job Title: Associate HR Business Partner

Location: Uxbridge - Onsite

Pay Rate: £21.70

Contract Details: ASAP - March 2025 (Potential of being extended)

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the HR team to provide comprehensive support in various HR functions
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programmes
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Conduct onboarding and orientation programmes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Support employee engagement initiatives, including organising team-building activities and events
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality and integrity
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practises, ensuring continuous improvement in HR processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and contribute to a positive company culture
