Location: Office-based in Milton Keynes, 37.5 hours per week (9am – 5:30pm) and field-based as required.

The role
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for relationship management, sales development, and customer service in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Account Managers manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries and sales opportunities.
Sales Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned client portfolio, promoting the full range of services.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective customer interactions, deal negotiations, and closing sales.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide timely responses to inquiries and support requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager, highlighting key activities and pipeline developments.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, product, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of products to effectively communicate their benefits and address technical queries. What You Will Bring:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships over the phone or via email.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software, preferably ConnectWise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems. Desirable:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service roles, ideally within the telecommunications or IT services industry. Benefits:
